Hi — Donnie Hoover here. I am just going to tell you up front that I do not like writing the “about” pages. I’ve always found them difficult to write and I am never really sure what I should say in them.
When I tell you about myself below, just keep in mind that I am really not sure what people want to read about on this page, so here goes…
I’ve been involved with Internet marketing off and on since 2003. I started out surfing the web for hours on end looking for a way to make money online. The first person that I took a liking to was Ken Evoy of Site Sell, Inc.
I liked what he was teaching and jumped on the bandwagon. I started a DVD site with the Site Build It! program and it went very well. I learned a lot but the site got to be a little too big and time consuming so I sold it. The site was over 580 pages of fresh content and needed more attention then I had time to give it back then.
Now I wish I had kept a hold of it because it was becoming a site with HUGE potential and after I sold it I started to learn more about outsourcing and I was like “Aw man… You idiot… Why’d you sell that site when you could have kept it and outsourced the daily operations of it.”
Oh well, lesson learned 
Anyway, after that I kept up on Ken Evoy’s program and in the process stumbled across another guy that I took a liking to.
His name was Ewen Chia and I joined his “Super Affiliate Coaching Program” course and jumped in with both feet again. The course was outstanding and is a goldmine of information but I am the type of person that has A LOT of trouble staying focused.
I realized this about myself and understand it is a problem. I am trying to correct it but it is SO HARD to stay focused when the next new shiny thing grabs my attention and I can’t keep my eye’s looking straight ahead. (Keep your eye on the prize Donnie – Keep your eye on the prize)
In realizing this problem and once again being distracted by the next “flavor of the month, must have or your business is doomed, six figure overnight success” gimmick I stumbled across another man that I took a liking to and his name is Jimmy D. Brown.
Now Jimmy’s products are definitely not the next “flavor of the month” gimmicks as described above. He is the real deal and the reason I have finally seen the light and realized that I need to force myself to stay focused and that jumping from gimmick to gimmick has gotten me absolutely NOWHERE!!!
I’ve created my first product using Jimmy’s Membernaire program. It is http://www.52deerhuntingtips.com and it is a membership program about deer hunting of course.
I am also beginning to put together a game plan for my business and am developing other sites as we speak as a way to keep my “eye on the prize” as well as help out other entrepreneurs in the process.
I am putting together my affiliate game plan with the help of Jimmy D. Brown again, of course, through his Affiliatenaire program.
I will be only looking straight ahead from now on and plan on enjoying the fruits of my labor. Anyway, that’s who I am. That’s how I’ve gotten to where I am so far.
On a personal note, I’m happily married to Terrie. We’ve been married 8 years but we have been together 16 years. We have 4 daughter that make us laugh some how everyday. We try to spend a lot of time together and have recently taken a liking to cruises and Disney so I see a lot of vacations coming up for us in our future.
